It will "take off" at Fornebu June 1st. That day marks Fornebu Airport's 75 th aniversary.
This will be celebrated with a Motor Show, with Fornebu Car Museum, "Culture on Wheels" as the organizer.
Selected clubs (among them NMGK) will participate with 3-5 cars of different models.
For the participants who come in veteran cars (+ 30 years) there will be parking at the Tower (200 spaces Signs to Gml Fornebu)
This car park will be an attraction in itself so we want to encourage everyone in the club to come.
(Moreover, if there is space we will take more than 5 into the exhibition space)
For the public who come in modern cars, the carparks at Aker / Quality and Telenor etc. will be available free of charge
The anniversary event is also free.
The image (enclosure) shows a DC3 Dakota + Lysell Rally, the prototype for a car factory that was attempted established at Fornebu. That, and other cars that were made here will be on view, in addition to cars that belong to "Culture on Wheels", as well as several special cars from private car collections.
"Flygutta" are providing the SAS Museum, flying shows/acrobatics, skydiving, helicopter (Search and Rescue Servise), Air Ambulance, Police - all on stand-by. Otherwise, there will be artistic performance on the stage and in the galleries.
